Founded by Mr Tan Nge in 1979 as M/s Binastra Construction Sdn. Bhd. Over the years, the construction arm has completed approximately over 160 projects totaling more than RM 2.5 billion throughout the country. The projects completed range from residential housing, commercial centre, shop offices, high end condominium, industrial buildings, hotel, and resort.
Currently the construction arm is helmed by Mr. Jackson Tan as CEO of construction division. With it vast experience in construction industry, the group move into property development in 2005. The property arm is helmed by Dato' Michael Tan as CEO for the Binastra Group Property development and Investment division.
To date, we have completed and delivered more than RM 250 million worth of properties to satisfied customers. We have RM 400 million of projects at various stage this year and another RM 1.03 billion of projects to come on stream. Currently we concentrate mainly in Klang Valley and Selangor and actively looking for land to replenish the land bank. As the land in Klang Valley and Selangor is getting scarce and expensive, we will move to other location if the potential is good. With reasonable pricing, good quality and timely delivery, we have set the benchmark in the industry and have a group of repeated buyers.
